Pack Your Products

Securely pack the unused makeup items in their original boxes and include the completed return slip inside the package.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
